Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email.
Cancellations up until 7 days prior to your scheduled workshop may receive a full refund minus any fees incurred for the booking.
If cancelling 2-7 days prior to your workshop, you may receive a 50% refund.
No refund is available for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
Where possible, we will work with you to reschedule your workshop.
