Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing via email.

• Cancellations up until 7 days prior to your scheduled lesson may receive a full refund minus any fees incurred for the booking.

• If cancelling 2-7 days prior to your lesson, you may receive a 50% refund.

• No refund is available for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.

• Where possible, we will work with you to reschedule the lesson for another day.
